Vehicle Fitment: 2019-2023 Ram 2500 6.7L Cummins
The all-new 4.5″ Coil Spring Lift Kits allow for even more ground clearance while going to a 37″ tire. Springing up to the new 4.5″ lift yields all the bells and whistles of a big 6″ kit but at a slightly lower, garage-able stance. These kits come with heavy-duty steel radius arm drop brackets, heavy-duty fabricated steel front, and rear (2500 only) track bar brackets, forged dropped pitman arm, sway bar relocation brackets, and bump stop extensions preventing over-compression of the included Falcon 1.1 Monotube front & rear shocks. Both 4.5″ Ram HD kits include our unique CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet Aluminum Driveline Indexing System (DIS) that re-clocks the transfer case to properly align the front output shaft for improved driveline angles. The Ram 2500 HD comes with the standard output diesel engine DIS system.
Kit 49-19420 includes everything in our popular 6 lift kit as well as these new DIS re-positioning components. Heavy duty and great riding 4.5″ lift front springs, 3″ lift rear coil spring spacers, heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets, heavy-duty fabricated steel front, and rear track bar brackets, dropped cast iron pitman arm, front/rear sway bar relocation brackets and bump stop extensions preventing over-compression of the new Falcon 1.1 Monotube shocks front/rear shocks are all included in this premium kit.

Ride Quality Note: When lifting a vehicle and installing aftermarket wheels and tires, a tire manufacturer’s construction and material quality can alter vehicle ride quality. When increasing a vehicle wheel and tire size, most larger aftermarket truck and SUV tires are 10-ply (or more) E tires compared to typical OEM 6-ply C tires. This more rigid sidewall construction increases the perception of suspension stiffness often described as ride harshness. The ride, handling, traction, noise, fuel economy, and wear differences between All-Season, All-Terrain, Mud-Terrain, or Trail-Terrain type tires can be significant. Please take into account tire and wheel choice will generally have a meaningful impact on the ride & handling experience.
