Vehicle Fitment: 2020-2022 Ford F-250/350 6.7L Powerstroke
Install oversized tires on your Ford F-250/350 Powerstroke with the BDS Suspension 4″ Radius Arm Lift Kit from XDP. Built to take advantage of the factory suspension design, the radius arm system corrects suspension, steering, and driveline geometry. At the heart of this system are the heavy-duty radius arms built to withstand whatever abuse you throw at them.
Built from 1-3/4″ OD – 10GA DOM tubing with support gussets, these arms are far superior to the stamped steel units. Utilizing a high clearance design for extra clearance and formed inward to allow for oversized tires. The arms bolt into the factory mounting points and reposition the front axle to correct the caster angle. Furthermore, they incorporate factory-style 3-1/4″ rubber bushings to minimize road vibrations and allow for a long, maintenance-free bushing life.
The additional lift comes from a pair of full-length diesel-specific ProRide coil springs. These paired with your choice of NX2 Nitro series shocks or the precision-tuned FOX 2.0 performance shocks offer a smooth ride and improved control over rough terrain. In addition, to improve steering angles a forged drop pitman arm is supplied with an integrated drag link flip. This in combination with a 1/4″ thick heavy-duty track bar drop bracket, helps position the front axle and track bar angle in phase with the steering for improved handling.
Also included are a pair of sway bar relocation brackets, bump stop extensions, and brake line relocation brackets. To upgrade the steering, an NX2 series steering stabilizer with a mounting bracket is provided. Finally in the rear, a 4.5″ fabricated block with integrated bump stop wing is used in place of the factory block to level the stance. In addition, this kit includes longer black e-coated U-bolts and all necessary hardware. This system is covered BDS’s industry leading “No Fine Print Warranty.”
